Yoga Monkey:

Experience a wide selection of yogic approaches: Kundalini, Hatha, Jivamukti, meditation, pranayama (breath work) - all geared for your children.

Each class we act out a fun children's story with yogic poses, to keep the class light, fun and entertaining.

This creative outdoor powerhouse class, utilizes every muscle in your body. Come out prepared to work up a good sweat and push your physical limits. Rain or shine.

Evolution:

 "Evolution" is a muscular conditioning class fused with stretch. This intense, creative workout builds strength in a functional manner, making your daily tasks easier, and helping to improve your physical condition and overall health. With a strong focus on body weight exercises, calisthenics, plyometrics, core strength and compound exercises, be prepared for a challenging workout. All classes will come to completion with a stretch segment.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga & Primal Movement for Pain Free Living:

You are invited to join me in a new class that will help you to live pain free and come back to the sheer joy of living in your own body. 

Primal Movement Patterns, heal yourself from the following illnesses:

* Chronic Postural syndromes
* Chronic Musculoskeletal pain of all types
* Visual disorders
* Occlusal disorders (teeth that don't fit properly)
* Chronic popping of joints
* Digestive and eliminative disorders
* Glandular disorders
* Autonomic regulatory disorders
* Emotional imbalances
* Mental Self Management challenges (hyperactivity, nervousness, anxiety, and lack of self esteem)

My goal is to help you feel free in your body again, so that your focus can return to living and loving, and you have the freedom to move and play as you desire. 

The exercises we use are derived from fetal, infant and the initial stages of development in the body and mind. From these movement patterns we will assess your bodily changes week to week, and watch your amazing progress.

If you have been to many chiropractors, massage therapist and several other modalities, but not found something that has worked or lasted, then this class is for you. It's preventative, holistic, body movement medicine - that actually trains you mind and body and builds the internal neuron connections that restore healthy bodily functioning. 

We will blend these movement patterns with gentle hatha yoga and kundalini yoga for health, vitality, freedom and love of our own selves.

Pure Fitness:

This classic, easy to follow fitness class, includes high/low aerobics, with modifications for all fitness levels. Toning, core conditioning and flexibility training are included for a complete, total body workout.
